• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Void & Grace reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
